The National Office of SOS Children's Village, Benin depends on the Regional  Office in Yaounde (Cameroon). The National Office co-ordinates the activities of SOS projects in Benin.

At the National Office, there is a National Director who is assisted by counsellors in several domains such as communication and sponsorship, pedagogy, accounts and finance, human resources and administration and community outreach programmes. The National Office is located within SOS Children’s Village, Abomey-Calavi.
